In order to ensure real-time monitoring and accurate reporting of SMC-related activities, the following instructions are hereby issued to all the District Educational Officers (DEOs) and Additional Project Coordinators (APCs):
• The SMC Dashboard shall be updated without any delay with the latest information relating to all schools in the district.
• The APCs shall closely monitor the school-wise data and ensure that the information furnished by the schools is entered/updated correctly in the Dashboard.
• The DEOs/DPCs shall personally monitor the progress of Dashboard updation in their respective districts and ensure that no school remains pending without valid reasons.
• The information entered in the Dashboard shall be complete, accurate and duly verified before submission. Any discrepancy noticed between the Dashboard and the actual school records shall be immediately verified and rectified.
• The concerned APCs shall maintain regular follow-up with the schools/Mandal-level functionaries wherever information is pending and ensure completion of the same at the earliest.
• The district-wise progress of SMC-related activities will be reviewed periodically at the State level. Hence, all districts shall ensure that the Dashboard reflects the latest status at all times.
In case any school is unable to update the information due to a technical issue or any other genuine reason, the same shall be brought to the notice of the concerned District authority immediately, along with the details of the school and the issue faced.
The DEOs/APCs are requested to ensure that the instructions are communicated to all concerned field-level functionaries for strict compliance.
No delay shall be permitted in updating the SMC Dashboard, as the Dashboard information is being used for State-level monitoring and review of the implementation of SMC Guidelines, 2026.
It is informed that the Dashboard is being watched by the Hon'ble Chief Minister and Hon'ble HRD Minister as well as the Government in their respective logins.
Hence all concerned are instructed to accord top priority to the above activity and ensure 100% completion and continuous updating of the SMC Dashboard with verified information.
This may be treated as MOST IMPORTANT and TOP PRIORITY.
