2. AWP&PAB Minutes 2024-25

All District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are hereby informed that, as per the PAB 2024-25 approval, the state intends to procure sports kits for schools at the following rates: ₹5,000 for Primary Schools, ₹10,000 for Upper Primary Schools, and ₹25,000 for Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools. This initiative aims to promote holistic child development through sports, physical education, yoga, and co- curricular activities.

In this connection, a web portal was developed by this office for placed the required sports material in the said application for providing the customized sports material to the respective schools in the state. They are informed to follow the instructions with a request to communicate to all schools for uploading their indents through the web portal.

1. Enter the Username, Password, and Captcha, then click the Login button.
2. Verify the details displayed, including the School Name, UDISE Code, Enrolment, and Ceiling Amount.
3. Select Yes or No to indicate the availability of a playground.
4. If Yes, choose the Playground Area from the drop-down menu on the screen.
5. If No, proceed to the next stepenselect a game.

Choose the sport from the drop-down menu on the screen:

• Step 1: Select the desired game.

1. Step 2: Enter the number of articles required.

Important Notes During the Process:

• Ensure the total cost does not exceed the ceiling amount. the ceiling is fixed Rs. 7,000 for Primary, Rs. 14,000 for Upper Primary and Rs. 30,000 for Secondary and Sr. Secondary schools for further 

requirement sports kit in the schools.

• The School heads should be placed indent in the portal as need and priority based.

• While selecting the required sports and games materials, carefully verify the ceiling amount and ensure the remaining balance is accounted for.

If the cost of the selected game is within the sanctioned amount and select additional games.

If the total cost exceeds the sanctioned amount, the selection will not be accepted, and need to revise the school choices, Hence, all school heads are instructed to upload their game-wise. specific requirements for sports equipment on the portal to facilitate the procurement of sports kits for the year 2024-25. The work should be completed on or before 26-12-2024.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of S.S in the state are requested to monitor and ensure that all the schools placed their required sports material indent in the portal without fail.

- PAB 2024-25 ఆమోదం ప్రకారం, రాష్ట్రంలో పాఠశాలల విద్యార్థులకు  క్రీడా కిట్ల ను సరఫరా చేయవలసి ఉన్నది. ఇందు కోసం‌ పాఠశాలల వారీగా కావలసిన సామాగ్రిని ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు క్రీడా ఉపాధ్యాయుల ద్వారా సేకరిస్తున్నాము.

- ఇందు కోసం 

 కావలసిన క్రీడా సామాగ్రిని ఇండెంట్ చేయడానికి ఈ క్రింది వెబ్ పోర్టల్ ను ఉపయోగించాలి.  

- ఇండెంట్ ఖర్చు నిర్ణయించిన పరిమితిని మించకూడదు.  

- ప్రతి పాఠశాల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు తమ పాఠశాలల క్రీడా సామగ్రి అవసరాలను గేమ్-వారిగా వెబ్ పోర్టల్‌లో 26-12-2024 లోపు అప్‌లోడ్ చేయాలి. 

- ప్రాంతీయ సంయుక్త విద్యా సంచాలకులు (RJDs), జిల్లా విద్యా అధికారి (DEOs) మరియు సమగ్ర శిక్ష అదనపు ప్రాజెక్ట్ కోఆర్డినేటర్లు పాఠశాలలు తప్పనిసరిగా తమ క్రీడా సామగ్రి ప్రాధాన్యాలను వెబ్ పోర్టల్‌లో నమోదు చేసేట్లు చూడవలసినదిగా కోరడమైనది..

- ఈ అంశానికి సంబంధించిన సర్క్యులర్ మరియు యూజర్ మాన్యువల్ జత చేయడమైనది..
