All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed that the Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) system has been implemented to improve grade-specific learning outcomes for students throughout their educational journey in Andhra Pradesh since 2019 in phased manner. It is being implemented in 524 schools in the year 2024-25 with the content in Mathematics, English, and Telugu for Classes 6-9. In line with this initiative, it has been decided to extend the PAL system to 700 residential schools to further improve learning outcomes, particularly among tribal students, girls from marginalized communities, and students from economically weaker sections.

In this regard, All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are instructed to constitute District level committee for monitoring the implementation of PAL and other activities related OMPAL activities with the following members.
