ORDER:

In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O.2nd read above, Government, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.117,04,77,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Seventeen Crore Four Lakh Seventy Seven Thousand only) from the BE provision 2024-25 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure as 2nd instalment recurring Central Assistance under PM-Poshan (Mid-Day Meal) for I-VIII classes for the year 2024-25.

2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the Head of Accounts mentioned in the BRO read above. 

3. The Director (FAC), Mid Day Meal & School Sanitation, shall take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU-SE) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMU0BES(SE)/66/2022-FMU-SE, dated:16.01.2025 (Computer No.1838096).
