User Manual for Student Dropout Reason
User can submit the details of Student Dropout Reasons by following below steps:
Stepe-1: User has to login into his/her account @ cse.ap.gov.in/home
Step-2: user has to go to Services tab.
Step-3: Click on R4 Services tab.
Step-4: Scroll down and select Student Dropout Reason.
Step-5: Screen will be displayed to user for entering Reasons for Dropout.
Step-6: User has to select the student which he/she wants to enter the Dropout reason from Reason dropdown.
Step-7: Upon selection of the student (Check Box) relevant fields like Reason, Remarks, Contact Person Details, Relation, Duplicate PEN ID, Migrated UDISE Code, Open School ID, & SSC Hall ticket Number will get enabled based on the Reason selected by the User.
Step-8: User has to fill all the required details against the student and click on Submit button
Step-9: After the user submits the details of student, a success message will be displayed as Details
Are Successfully Submitted.
Step-10: User can view the Dropout student details submitted by him from Show Submitted Details tab at the bottom of the screen.
