Declaration of Optional Holiday on 01.04.2025 (Tuesday) i.e., following Day of EID-UL-FITR (Ramzan) Notification - Issued.

G.O.RT.No. 637 Dated: 31-03-2025 

Read the following:-

1. G.O.Rt.No.2115, G.A (Poll.B) Dept., Dated: 06.12.2024.

2. From the President, Minority Teachers Association (MTA), Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, Lr.No. 131/ΜΤΑ ΑΡP/2025 Date 24.02.2025.

3. From the CEO, A.P. State Waqf Board, Vijayawada, letter F.No.E1/21/2016-AP, Date: 19-03-2025.

ORDER:

In the G.O. first read above, Government have issued orders notifying the General Holidays and Optional Holidays for the year 2025.

2. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Executive Officer, Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Board, Vijayawada, in the reference 3rd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, have decided to declare the Optional Holiday on 01.04.2025 (Tuesday) i.e., following day of EID-UL-FITR (Ramzan).

3. Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the extra ordinary Gazette of Andhra Pradesh, dated: 31.03.2025.

NOTIFICATION

In partial modification of the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.2115 General Administration (Political.B) Department, dated: 06.12.2024, Government hereby declare Optional Holiday on 01.04.2025 (Tuesday) i.e., following day of EID-UL-FITR (Ramzan).
