2VC meeting held regarding Eco Clubs for Mission LIFE Portal walk through on Dt.09.04.2025 at 3 PM
All the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project coordinators in the State are hereby informed that Eco Clubs for Mission LiFe have been constituted to promote environmentally responsible behavior among students and to enable them to take age appropriate and meaningful environmental activities and projects and activities of Eco Clubs for Mission LiFE are supported under Samagra Shiksha.
Further, it is informed that to stream line the activities conducted under Eco Clubs for Mission LIFE initiative, a dedicated portal for Eco Clubs for Mission LiFE activities 9https://ecoclubs.education.gov.in has been developed by the Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India. This portal aims to serve as a platform for uploading and monitoring environmental activities carried out by the schools across the country.
In this regard, to ensure effective implementation and utilization of this portal, a special online training session has been scheduled on 16.04.2025 at 11.30AM via online mode (You tube live) so as to familiarize school faculty and nodal officers with the features and usage of the portal. Therefore, the information is to be communicated to all schools within the jurisdictions of all Regional Joint Directors, District Educational officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha so as to ensure maximum participation of relevant stake holders, particularly the School-Heads. In- charge Teachers concerned and IN CHARGES OF Eco Clubs for mission LIFE.
Hence all the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational officers and Additional project coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are instructed to communicate the You tube link to all the schools and take necessary action for maximum participation in the above said online training session and usage of the portal.
