ORDER:

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above, wherein in the reference 4th read above, Government have accorded permission to renew the 2 services of the DSC 1998 & DSC 2008 Contract Teachers for a period of 11 months with effect from 01.06.2024 to 30.04.2025, with a break of one month, in principle as 'no work no pay for the academic year, 2024-2025 for smooth running of academic class work and administrative works in the Government Schools.

Keeping in view of the orders issued by the Government and as per the orders issued in this office references (2) and (5) read above, the services of said teachers who appointed on Minimum Time Scale have to be terminated w.e.f. 30.04.2025 ΑΝ.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to terminate the Contractual Agreement of the above teachers appointed on Minimum Time Scale (i.e DSC 1998 & DSC 2008) on the AN of 30.04.2025. The re-engagement for the year 2025-26 is subject to issue of further instructions.

The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
