CFMS (Comprehensive Financial Management System) Bill Status in Andhra Pradesh, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Official CFMS Portal:

   - Go to the official website: [cfms.ap.gov.in](https://cfms.ap.gov.in/).

2. Navigate to Bill Status:

   - On the homepage, scroll down to the **Citizen Corner or Citizen Services section.

   - Click on Expenditure Links from the options provided.

   - Select Bill Status from the dropdown menu.

3. Enter Required Details:

   - A new page will open. You need to provide:

     - Year of the bill.

     - Bill Number (provided when the bill was submitted).

     - Beneficiary ID (optional in some cases, but required for specific checks).

   - Alternatively, you can check using a Beneficiary Code** or UTR Number if applicable.

4. Verify with OTP (if required):

   - After entering the details, click Get OTP (if prompted).

   - Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click Submit.

5. View Bill Status:

   - The screen will display the bill status, which could be:

     - Submitted: Bill received and under review.

     - Approved: Bill reviewed and ready for payment.

     - Rejected: Bill denied (check remarks for reasons).

     - Processed: Payment completed.

   - Additional details like Bill Number Vendor, Paid Date , DDO Code, Amount, and Remarks may also be shown.

6. Download or Save (Optional):

   - You can download the bill status details in PDF or Excel format if needed.

Alternative Method (Beneficiary Account Statement):

- On the CFMS portal, under **Citizen Services,  select Beneficiary Account Statement.

- Choose Beneficiary Code from the dropdown, enter your 8-digit CFMS ID, and select the **Month and Year of the payment.

- Click Display to view a table with details like **Bill Number, Paid Date, and Amount. Click on the bill number for more details.

 Tips:

Required Information: Keep your Bill Number Beneficiary ID, or CFMS ID handy. An Aadhaar Number may also help for easier tracking.

Technical Issues: If you face login or status issues, check the **Help Desk** section on the CFMS portal or contact the relevant department’s grievance redressal mechanism.
