A: No reset. Compulsory transfer applies.


11. Working against subject (e.g., SA Bio) — show vacancy?

A: Do not show as vacant if the post is surplus.


12. FSTC deputation — count that service?

A: Only post-repatriation service counts.

A: No — not completed 8 years.
