| A school was previously in one category for some years but has now changed to another category. The points are being allotted only based on the new category? Please rectify. | In such cases, points shall be allotted proportionately based on the number of years, number of months, and days worked in that category. The edit option has been enabled to the DEO, and the DEO has to calculate and enter the points for these types of schools. |
| If two or more teachers have the same points, what is the criteria to be considered to identify the senior? |
First Preference: Seniority in that cadre (concerned subject). Second Preference: Date of Birth – elder teacher preferred. Third Preference: Gender – female teacher preferred if both seniority and DOB are the same. |
| A teacher initially appointed in ZPP has been working in a Government school for the past 2 years and is now applying for a request transfer. Which management’s vacancies will be shown? Can they choose their current school? | Only Zilla Parishad management vacancies will be shown. They cannot choose their current Government school as an option. |
| If a teacher completes 5/8 years in one school and then gets promoted and continues in the same school, will the previous service count towards the transfer eligibility? | Yes, service in both cadres (before and after promotion) will be counted. Example: 4 years as SA + 1 year as HM = 5 years, hence compulsory transfer applicable. The same applies to SGT + SA for the 8-year rule. |
| In Girls High Schools, male teachers below 50 years must compulsorily apply for transfer. Will they get rationalization points? | Yes, they will get reapportionment points. |
