All the District Educational Officers in the State are here by informed that in the reference 2nd cited the Government of India issued instructions to conduct CCHs training and Competitions for the year 2025-2026. Accordingly a state level Cook Cum Helpers training and Competitions has been conducted from 27th to 30th May-2025 at NIDM Southern Campus, Kondapavaluru, Gannavaram in two phases

In order to reach out the Cook cum helpers trainings till school level it is decided to conduct Mandal level and School level training programmes to Cook cum Helpers and also to conduct cooking competitions from 2nd June-2025 to 06th June-2025 by the master trainers who attended the State Level Training for CCHs from 27th May 2024 to 30 May-2025.

Hence, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take necessary steps to conduct Mandal level and School level Cook cum Helpers trainings and Cooking Competitions by the Master trainers (CCHS) and District officials who attended at State level training programme from 27th May 2024 to 30th May-2025 under the supervision of Assistant Director(Schemes) and MEO-II from 2nd June-2025 to 06 June-2025 as per the schedule(appended to this procs) without fail and see that 100% Cook cum helpers are to be trained at all levels.

The training on cooking methodology nutrients in Day wise Menu, Food processing &Heath & hygiene, healthy cooking, fire safety measurements and Disaster Management has to be conducted in the morning session and cooking competitions are to be conducted in the afternoon session on the same day. The pictures of each training with details to be submitted to this Office as per schedule enclosed
