All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the SSC March 2024 yielded a better pass percentage of 81.14%. Further, the Advanced Supplementary Examinations (ASE May 2025) are scheduled to be held from May 19th to May 28th, 2025.
As such, the RJDSEs and the DEOs are requested to instruct the Headmasters of all Government managed Schools to equip the students with better preparation and ensure that 100% results are obtained in the forthcoming AP SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, ASE May 2025 duly following the undermentioned guidelines:
1. Special Summer Coaching Classes must be conducted for the failed students from government-managed schools across the state.
2. Consider organizing these Summer Coaching Classes at a designated High School located in the mandal headquarters for the students who failed across the mandal.
3. Explore the option of conducting Summer Coaching Classes at schools with more than 20 failed students by consolidating the failed candidates from nearby schools.
4. If neither of the above options is feasible, arrange for the classes to be held in the respective schools.
5. Classes must be taught to the students from 9.AM to 4.00PM in all the selected schools including Sundays and Holidays.
6. The headmasters of the concerned schools must facilitate the coaching classes and make proper arrangements required for smooth running of the classes.
7. Instruct the headmasters to prepare Day wise, subject wise, period wise Action Plan and specific Time Table to improve the weak areas in the subjects of the supplementary students. This should be done in collaboration with the subject teachers using the provided schedule and action plan.
8. Instruct the Subject Teachers to list out the names of failed students subject wise.
9. Instruct the Subject Teachers to Contact and motivate the students and parents for attending Special Summer Coaching Classes for their success in upcoming Advanced supplementary ASE May-2025 which are scheduled from 19.05.2024.
10. In case of combined coaching point (School at which students from different schools are participating), work adjustment may be done with the Selected well-versed teachers from the schools in which a greater number of students failed, to deal these coaching classes.
11. Instruct the Subject Teachers to conduct Daily Tests emphasizing students' weak areas, evaluate the answer scripts and provide feedback to the students after carefully analyzing the answers on the same day.
12. Special and utmost care must be taken of the supplementary students and Most Important Subject Topics must be covered in the coaching.
13. Home works and Assignments must be given and corrected on daily basis.
14. All subject teachers have to give practice of question bank and question papers provided along with the SSC 100 day action plan, in their subjects. Additional study material has to be provided to the students to improve their marks.
15. Students face stress during preparation for examinations. Counselling and motivational classes must be conducted at regular intervals..
16. Instruct the wardens of the Hostels to supervise Night Study Hours and monitor the students' studies regularly.
17. Students studying in welfare hostels may attend classes at the nearest high school coaching point to their residence.
18. Instruct the Headmasters and Principals
i. to make all the necessary arrangements for the smooth functioning of Summer Coaching Camp,
ii. to attend the school regularly and closely monitor the classes and daily tests,
iii. to maintain and monitor daily attendance and performance evaluation every day.
iv. Proper care should be taken towards the students particularly girl students who are attending the coaching classes.
V. to provide MDM, drinking water and sanitation facilities for the students attending the Summer Coaching Classes.
Therefore, the RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to make Regular Visits and closely monitor the Summer Coaching Classes duly submitting the report to the undersigned and extend support for achieving better results.
