Position Overview
The role of Junior Officer/Business Promotion Officer is a target-based sales role, ideal for candidates with a passion for relationship building, business development, and customer engagement.

Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
Terms of Employment
Nature of Employment: Contractual – initially for 3 years, renewable based on performance
Career Progression: High-performing officers may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I), at the sole discretion of the Bank

Salary Package:
Total CTC: ₹7.44 Lakhs per annum (includes NPS contribution, insurance premiums, and performance-based variable pay)
