Qualified candidates of APPOLYCET-2025 are informed that admissions will be conducted through web-based counseling. Payment of Processing Fee
All candidates, from Rank 1 to Last Rank, must pay the processing fee online between June 20, 2025, and June 27, 2025. The fee structure is as follows:
- OC/BC Candidates: Rs. 700/-
- SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 250/-
How to Pay the Processing Fee:
- Use a credit card, debit card, or internet banking for payment.
- After successful payment, click the print button to obtain a fee receipt.
- Avoid using mobile phones for payment to prevent transaction failures.
Important Note on Payment Issues:
In case of payment failure due to network issues, candidates must pay again. The debited amount from the failed transaction will be refunded within 4 working days. If the refund is not processed within 4 days, candidates should email the following details to convenorpolycetap2025@gmail.com:
- Hall Ticket Number
- Transaction ID
- Date of Payment
Only one payment will be considered, and excess payments will be refunded automatically.
Certificate Verification Process
Qualified candidates must attend certificate verification at any of the designated Help Line Centres (HLCs) with the processing fee receipt and the following documents (originals and two sets of photocopies):
- Processing Fee Payment Receipt
- APPOLYCET-2025 Hall Ticket
- APPOLYCET-2025 Rank Card
- S.S.C or Equivalent Marks Memo (original or internet copy)
- Study Certificates (Class IV to X) or Residence Certificate (for private candidates with no institutionalized education, covering 7 years prior to SSC)
- Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate (for non-local candidates, issued by Tahsildar, covering 10 years excluding periods of employment outside Andhra Pradesh)
- EWS Certificate (valid for 2025-26, issued by MeeSeva/Gram/Ward Sachivalayam, for OC candidates claiming EWS reservation)
- Income Certificate (issued on or after January 1, 2022, for tuition fee reimbursement)
- Caste Certificate (for BC/SC/ST candidates, issued by competent authority)
- Transfer Certificate (T.C)
- Local Status Certificate (if applicable, for candidates migrating from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh between June 2, 2014, and June 1, 2024)
- Special Category Certificates (if applicable):
- PWD: Certificate from District Medical Board (disability of 40% or above).
- CAP: Certificate from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer, Identity Card, and Discharge Book (for ex-servicemen’s children domiciled in Andhra Pradesh).
- Anglo-Indian: Certificate from competent authority.
- NCC & Sports: Original certificates issued by competent authorities (candidates must have represented Andhra Pradesh).
- Scouts & Guides: Original Rashtriya Certificate or other certificates issued by competent authorities.
Note: Original certificates are not required to be deposited at the college during admission.

Seat Allotment Process
- Seat allotments will be available on the website https://polycet.ap.gov.in on July 3, 2025, after 6:00 P.M.
- Candidates must log in using their Login ID, Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth to download the allotment order.
- Report to the allotted college with the allotment order.
Tuition Fee Details
- Government and Aided Polytechnics: Rs. 4,700/- per annum
- Private Unaided Polytechnics and Second Shift Engineering Colleges: Rs. 25,000/- per annum
- Fee Reimbursement: Eligible candidates will receive reimbursement as per the norms of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. Maximum eligible age for reimbursement:
- SC/ST/BC Candidates: 24 years as of July 1, 2025
- OC Candidates: 20 years as of July 1, 2025
