Attention of all the Principals of Government, Govt-managed, Aided and Private managed Junior Colleges in the state is invited to the subject and reference cited above.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has embarked on a transformative mission to provide quality education for all children, ensuring holistic development across the State. To achieve this vision, the Board of Intermediate Education emphasizes community participation and active engagement of all stakeholders in the education system. This priority is strongly supported by the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (RTE) and the National Education Policy, 2020 (NEP), both of which advocate meaningful involvement of stakeholders in educational progress.

The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) serves as a crucial platform to strengthen the bond between parents, Junior Lecturers and educational institutions. PTMs help parents. understand their child's academic progress, behavior and awareness of societal issues, while enabling Junior Lecturers to seek parental cooperation for the child's benefit.

To promote this collaborative effort, it is hereby instructed to organize Mega Parent-Teacher Meeting for the 2025-26 academic year on 10.07.2025 as per the Minute to Minute Programme attached in Annexure 1. This should be conducted in all Government, Government managed, Aided and Private Junior Colleges across Andhra Pradesh with a goal to provide large space for community participation. The day is envisioned as a shared celebration of learning, purpose and belonging.

Key features of Mega PTM:

Junior Lecturers will provide Holistic Progress Cards to the parents, offering insights into each student's strengths and areas for support.

Public meetings led by Principal will highlight the College's academic performance, infrastructure gaps and action plans.

Fun activities and games will foster fellowship among parents and stakeholders.

Success stories of students and school will be celebrated. As part of the Events:

The Rashtriya Bala Suraksha Karyakram (RBSK) will conduct health screenings, providing Health Booklets for each student, to be tracked for the next two years.

Activities include family photo booths, dream walls, positive parenting sessions, Green Passport as part of Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam.

Mental health and anti-drug awareness messages and interactive sessions on child progress.

On the day of the Parent-Teacher Meeting, the Principal of each college must submit the data pertaining to the participants and upload event photos along with a 30-second video in the Junior College BIE login.

IPE-2025 long marks memos will be distributed to the present 2nd-year students during the event.

In view of the above, all the Principals of Government, Government managed, Aided and Private managements are directed to take necessary action as per the Minute to Minute programme communicated herein in the Annexure.

Further, a comprehensive assessment tool titled Holistic Progress Card (HPC) has been introduced by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh. This initiative is aimed at evaluating a student's development in multidimensional manner, encompassing academic, health, and skill-based progress.

A soft copy of the Holistic Progress Card (HPC) format is enclosed as Annexure-2 for reference. All Private Management Junior Colleges are directed to adopt this model as a reference and implement it accordingly in their institutions as part of the Mega PTM. In addition to this, a set of detailed guidelines for filling up the HPC is provided in Annexure-3, to assist Junior Lecturers and college staff in ensuring accurate, meaningful, and standardized data entry.

The RIOs are requested to coordinate and monitor meticulously with the DIEOS and DVEOs in their jurisdiction to meet the objectives set forth for conducting the Mega Parent Teacher Meeting on 10.07.2025.
