State Function Celebrations of "Suparipalana-Swarna Andhra Pradesh on the eve of completion of 1 year of the Government formation after General Election 2024, in Amaravat on 12.06.2025-Orders Issued

ORDER:
The Government of Andhra Pradesh after the General Election, 2024 completes first year in office. 12th June 2025, a milestone marking the culmination of one year governance steered by people's mandate.
2. In this context, een decided to organise a State-Level Function "Suparipalana-Swarna Andhra Pradesh" on 12th June 2025 at, Amaravati, Guntur District.
3. This function will serve as a platform to present the achievements of the Government in the past year, communicate its vision and strategic objectives for the forthcoming four years, and re-affirm the commitment to inclusive development and good governance. The function will also reflect on policy progress, institutional reforms, and people-centric delivery systems.
The following Dignitaries/Officers will participate in the above State Function to be held on 12.06.2025
(1) Hon'ble Chief Minister, Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister and ather Hon'ble Council of Ministers.
(ii) Hon'ble Members of Parliament (Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha) (iii) Hon'ble Members of Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council
(iv) All India Services (IAS, IPS, IFS) Officers serving in the State (v) Hon'ble Chairpersons and Directors Government Corporations, Boards and Authorities (vi) Members of Vision Action Plan Units at District and Constituency Levels including Special Officer for CVAPU,GSWS staff, and academic experts. (vii) Prominent academicians, thought leaders, policy leaders, Vice Chancellors, Directors of Central Government ant and State Government Educational and Scientific institutions. Government
(viii) All select RDOs, all CPOs and middle level officers of the Secretariat involved in policy implementation etc.
The following departmerits shall make necessary arrangements to successful conduct of the above Event 5. 12.06.2025 at 5.00 PM
(1). Planning Department:
Shall prepare a comprehensive compendium achievements sector-wise for the first year Government
Develop and present a Vision Document outlining strategic goals policy priorities for four years.
Coordinate the identification and invitation of participants from relevant categories and districts.
Ensure adequate translation, printing and display of material in Telugu and English.
( ii). Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA):
Responsible for complete management including:
Stage and Dias setup
Seating arrangements for dignitaries and attendees
Public address system and lighting
Backcrop, banners, flags, signages and event decor
Audio-visual coverage and live streaming arrangements
Sanitation, water supply, power backup and logistics
Design and coordinate layout plans for movement and access control.
(il). General Administration Department Protocol Wing:
Issue invitations to all dignitaries as per blue book.
Finalize the Dies and seating plan in coordination with the Commissioner CRDA and the Collector Guntur.
Coordinate with the District Collector, Guntur and concerned field-level officials to ensure observance of all protocol requirements.
Arrangements of refreshments and working dinner.
(iv). District Collector, Guntur:
Extend full support to CRDA for on-ground arrangements, including:
Coordination with Revenue, Police, Municipal and other line department officials
Setting up reception counters, help desks and for the participants.
Oversee provision of hospitality, amenities, medical and other fire safety and other emergency services at the venue.
(v). Superintendent of Police, Guntur District:

Ensure comprehensive security arrangements in and around the venue.
Plan and execute traffic regulation, VIP convoy movement, parking, barricading in collaboration ation with CRDA and Revenue dept
Deploy adequate police personnel to manage smooth movement an public safety.
The Secretary General, Legislature Secretariat, is requested to inform the MLAs and MLCS to participate above event.
The OSDs/PSs/PAS requested to bring the above to the notice of Hon'ble Deputy CM and Ministers, MPs to attend the above event.
9. All India service Officers (IAS, IPS, IFS) are requested to attend the above event.
10. Information & Public Public Relations Relations (IBPR) (IBPR) Department Department shall shall send send invitation invitation to media representatives and dissemination of information through press, television, and digital media.
