About the Role:
TTD is dedicated to providing high-quality, hygienic Srivari Laddu Prasadam and Anna Prasadams to millions of pilgrims daily. To ensure these standards, a dedicated Food Safety Department has been established. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining these high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing food quality, processes, and ingredients in various TTD kitchens and establishments.
- Providing recommendations for improving food quality and hygiene.
- Collaborating with statutory food safety authorities for analysis and action in cases of suspected adulteration or misbranding.
- Conducting training for food handlers.
- Undertaking other duties as assigned by TTD Authorities.
Vacancies and Remuneration:
- Senior Food Safety Officer: 1 post, with a remuneration of Rs. 61,960/- per month.
- Food Safety Officer: 3 posts, with a remuneration of Rs. 44,570/- per month.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Religion: Only persons professing the Hindu religion are eligible to apply.
- Domicile: Applicants must belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit for both positions is 42 years, with age relaxation applicable as per Andhra Pradesh Government norms.
- Senior Food Safety Officer & Food Safety Officer: A Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Bio-Technology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, or a Master's Degree in Chemistry, or a Degree in Medicine from a recognized University. Additionally, successful completion of training specified by the Food Authority from a recognized institute is required.
- Senior Food Safety Officer: A minimum of three years of experience in the same field is required.
