The Department of Technical Education & APSCHE has released the detailed notification for the first phase of web-based counselling for APEAPCET-2025 admissions (M.P.C. Stream). This counselling is for qualified and eligible candidates seeking admission into B.E/B.Tech/Pharmacy Courses.
The web counselling process, which includes payment of processing fee cum registration, online certificate verification, and option entry, will be conducted from July 7, 2025, to July 19, 2025. Candidates are advised to follow the provided guidelines and user manual for the web counselling process.
This phase of web counselling is for seats available in University & Private Engineering/Pharmacy Colleges and Private Universities colleges under Convenor quota in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2025-26.
Important Dates for Web Counselling (First Phase)
Here's a breakdown of the key dates for the first phase of APEAPCET-2025 web counselling:
- Commencement of Payment of Processing Fee cum Registration online: July 7, 2025 – July 16, 2025
- Online Verification of uploaded Certificates at notified Help Line centers: July 7, 2025 – July 17, 2025
- Exercising the Web-Options by the registered and eligible Candidates: July 13, 2025 – July 18, 2025
- Change of Web Options: July 19, 2025
- Release of seat Allotment: July 22, 2025
- Self-Joining & Reporting at allotted colleges: July 23, 2025 – July 26, 2025
- Attending for Classes at college: August 4, 2025
Eligibility for Admissions
To be eligible for admissions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Passed Intermediate / CBSE / ICSE / NATIONAL OPEN SCHOOL / APOSS with a pass percentage of marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at +2 levels.
- A minimum of 45% marks for OC candidates and 40% marks for reserved categories (BC/SC/ST) in qualifying examination in group subjects.
- Candidate must be an Indian National.
- Candidates should satisfy the local / Non-Local status requirements as specified in G.O.Ms.No. 20 Higher Education (EC) Department dated May 12, 2025.
Reservation of Seats:
- 85% of seats in each course are reserved for local candidates of Andhra Pradesh.
- The remaining 15% are unreserved seats for local/Non-local candidates, filled based on specific criteria.
Age Limit:
- For Under Graduate Professional Courses in Engineering (including Technology) and Pharmacy, candidates should have completed 16 years of age as on December 31, 2025.
- For Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) Course, candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31, 2025.
- Maximum eligible age for tuition fee reimbursement is 25 years for OC candidates and 29 years for other candidates as on July 1, 2025.
Important Note: Simply appearing for APEAPCET-2025 and obtaining a rank does not guarantee admission unless the candidate fulfills all admission requirements.
Registration and Payment of Processing Fee
- Visit the official website: https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in and click on "EAPCET-2025 ADMISSIONS".
- Click on the "Registration form link".
- Enter your "EAPCET Hall Ticket No" and "Date of Birth" to access the Registration form.
- Verify all displayed basic information.
- If no mistakes are found, accept the declaration to proceed to the "Processing fee payment gateway".
- If mistakes are found, select "Yes" from the dropdown to make corrections, upload relevant document proofs, then accept the declaration to proceed to the payment gateway.
- The processing fee is Rs. 1200/- for OC/BC candidates and Rs. 600/- for SC/ST candidates.
- Payment can be made online via credit card/debit card/net banking.
- All candidates from Rank 1 to Last Rank can pay the processing fee from July 7, 2025, to July 16, 2025, using the URL https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
- After successful payment, print the payment receipt.
Important Note on Payment Failures: If a payment is unsuccessful due to network delays, candidates need to pay again. The debited amount from the failed transaction will be refunded within 7 working days. You can check your payment status using the "Know your payment status" link.
Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Reservation
A 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in admissions to Educational Institutions will apply as per G.O.Ms.No. 65 General Administration (SER.D) Department, dated July 14, 2021. Candidates must produce a valid EWS Certificate for the year 2025-26 to avail this benefit.
Verification of Certificates (Online)
Cases where candidates generally do not need to visit Help Line Centers (HLCs):
- Case-1 (Certificates already verified, no change needed): If your certificates were verified through web services based on your EAPCET-2025 application and the displayed data is correct, you do not need to upload any certificates. Simply pay the processing fee and proceed to option entry.
- Case-2 (Certificates verified, but change required): If your certificate data was verified online but you wish to change some information, you must upload relevant certificates for online verification. After verification, check your eligibility status and then proceed to option entry. For any clarification, you can visit the nearest HLC.
- Case-3 (Data not verified online): Candidates whose data was not verified online must upload documents for online verification by choosing notified HLCs. After verification, check your eligibility status using the "Know Your Registration" link and proceed to option entry. For clarification, visit the nearest HLC.
General Certificates to be verified by counselling authorities (candidates only need to upload relevant documents):
SSC marks memo, Intermediate marks memo, VI class to Intermediate study certificates, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate/Ration Card, EWS certificate, Persons With Benchmark Disability (PWD) Certificate, Residence Certificate.
Special Category Candidates (PWD, CAP, Scouts&Guides, NCC, Sports and Games)
For special category candidates whose data is partially or not verified online:
Such candidates need to upload their special category certificates (PWD, CAP, NCC, Scouts & Guides, Sports & Games) for online verification. Additionally, they must attend physically with all original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies at Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada (HLC for Special Category candidates).

Note: Special category certificates will be verified only during the First Phase of counselling on the scheduled dates. There will be no further certificate verification for these categories after the scheduled dates, and no verification in the Second or Final Phases.
Certificates Required for Web Counselling
Candidates should keep the following original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies ready for online web counselling:
- APEAPCET-2025 Rank card
- APEAPCET-2025 Hall Ticket
- Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent)
- Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo)
- Transfer Certificate (T.C)
- Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
- EWS certificate valid for the year 2025-26 from MeeSeva/Gram Sachivalayam (for OC candidates claiming EWS reservation) Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination (Inter or its equivalent) for Private candidates
- Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate/Residence proof of father/mother for 10 years (excluding employment outside AP) from Tahsildar for Non-Local Candidates. Alternatively, candidates whose parents are employed by the State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies, Universities, or similar quasi-Public Institutions within the State.
- Integrated Community Certificate (BC/ST/SC) issued by competent authority (Not OBC Certificate)
- Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after January 1, 2022, or White Ration card (candidate's name and either parent's name must be reflected) for those claiming tuition fee reimbursement.
- Local status certificate (if applicable), for candidates who migrated to Andhra Pradesh from Telangana between June 2, 2014, and on/before June 1, 2024.
Important Instructions for Exercising Options
- The list of available colleges, branches, and districts can be downloaded from https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
- Prepare a manual list of web options based on branches and colleges, consulting with parents, friends, and experts, before exercising options online.
- Ensure your registered mobile number is active and accessible, as all messages, OTPs, and allotment details will be sent to it. Keep your OTP confidential.
- You can exercise options from home or an Internet Centre. Avoid using mobile phones for this purpose.
- If using an Internet Centre, always log out properly after saving your options.
- Exercise as many options as possible to increase your chances of securing a seat.
- After saving your final options, take a printout for future reference.
Seat Allotment Information
- Seat allotment will be based on exercised options, merit rank, and category (SC/ST/BC/PWD/NCC/CAP/Sports & Games quota, etc.).
- Allotment results will be published on the official website on July 22, 2025, after 6:00 PM.
- Candidates must download the allotment order from the website.
- Allotment details will also be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Allotments are subject to the grant of affiliation from the University.
Self-Reporting and Reporting at Allotted Institution
- Candidates must report through the Self-Reporting System AND in person at the allotted college with the downloaded allotment order and self-joining report by the notified dates (July 23, 2025 – July 26, 2025).
- Both stages of reporting are mandatory to retain the allotted seat. Failure to report through both modes will result in cancellation of the allotment.
Option Changes:
Candidates can change their previously exercised options on July 19, 2025. Options will be frozen on July 19, 2025, at 10:00 p.m., after which no modifications will be allowed. If a candidate clicks on the "Freeze" button, options cannot be changed further.
