Application Fees:
- Rs. 850/- (Inclusive of GST) + Payment Gateway Charges for General, EWS & OBC candidates. Rs. 175/- (Inclusive of GST) + Payment Gateway Charges for SC, ST, PWD, ESM (Ex-Servicemen) & Women candidates.

Selection Procedure
The selection process generally comprises:
- Online Test: The tentative structure includes sections on English Language, Banking Knowledge, General/Economic Awareness, and Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude. There will be a penalty for wrong answers.
- Psychometric Test: This assessment determines alignment with Bank of Baroda's core values and aptitude for sales roles.
- Group Discussion (GD) and/or Interview (PI): Candidates will be shortlisted based on their online test performance and will need to achieve minimum qualifying marks in GD/PI.

- Selected candidates will be posted within the State for which they apply for the first 12 years of their service or until promotion to SMGS-IV Grade, whichever is earlier.
- Candidates must maintain a healthy credit history with a minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining.
- A probation period of 12 months (1 year) of active service will apply.
- Selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Bond to serve for a minimum period of 3 years or pay Rs. 5 Lacs plus applicable taxes if they leave earlier.
