Diverse Opportunities Across Key Departments:

Bank of Baroda is looking for talented individuals across three major departments:

1. Digital Department (20 Vacancies)

This department is at the forefront of the bank's digital transformation. If you have a passion for technology and finance, these roles are for you:

  • Deputy Manager & AVP 1: Product - Mass Transit System: Seeking candidates with Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Computer Science/IT or related fields, and experience in digital/IT in BFSI. Preferred experience in Mass Transit Systems and large-scale payment systems. 
  • Deputy Manager: Product - Account Aggregator: Looking for Graduates/Masters, preferably with a technical degree and certification in Data Analytics. Mandatory experience of at least 4 years in BFSI with prior experience in Credit/Product Development/Data Analytics/Wealth Management.
  • Deputy Manager: Product - ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce): Requires BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT or related fields. Mandatory 4 years of experience in Digital/IT Banking Technology, with at least 3-6 months in ONDC.
  • Deputy Manager: Digital Product - PFM & CBDC: Opportunities for those with MCA/PGDCA or M.E./MTech/MSc in Computer Science/IT or related fields. Experience in Digital Product Management, Wealth Management, and expertise in blockchain/digital currency are highly valued for CBDC roles. 
  • Deputy Manager & AVP 1: Product - Mobile Business Application: Seeking candidates with BE/BTech or MCA/PGDCA/M.E./MTech/MSc in Computer Science/IT or related fields. Mandatory 5-10 years of experience in mobile banking.
  • Deputy Manager: Sales - Digital Lending: Requires Post-Graduation in Marketing, with preferred digital lending certifications. Mandatory 5 years in sales in banking/financial institutions, with at least 2 years in digital lending.

2. MSME Department (300 Vacancies)

A massive opportunity for sales professionals to contribute to the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises: 

  • Assistant Manager: MSME-Sales: Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for Post-Graduation/MBA/PGDM and certifications in MSME Finance or Credit. Mandatory 2 years of experience in Asset Sales, preferably MSME loan products, within banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions in India.

3. Risk Management Department (10 Vacancies)

Critical roles for safeguarding the bank's operations:

  • Deputy Manager & AVP1: Third Party - Vendor Risk Management Specialist (Outsourcing Risk): Requires Bachelor's or Master's degrees in IT/Computer Science/Information System/Cyber Security Risk/Finance/Risk Management/Business Administration. Mandatory 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management or Vendor Risk Assessment within the banking/financial service industry. 
  • Deputy Manager & AVP1: Group Risk Management: Seeking Graduates or MBA/PGDM/CA with a minimum of 3-5 years in risk management within the banking/financial services industry. Preferred expertise in credit, market, operational risk, and regulatory compliance. 
  • Deputy Manager & AVP1: Cyber Security Risk: Requires Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Cyber Security/Risk/IT/Computer Science/Information System/Engineering. Mandatory 3-5 years of experience in IT, Information Security, or Risk Management.

Important Information for Applicants: 

  • Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria (age, education, experience) as of July 01, 2025.
  • Experience: Post-qualification experience below 6 months and experience in clerical cadre will not be considered.
  • Location: Selected candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in India. 
  • Credit History: A minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above is required at the time of joining.

  • Rs. 850/- (Inclusive of GST) + Payment Gateway Charges for General, EWS & OBC candidates.
  • Rs. 175/- (Inclusive of GST) + Payment Gateway Charges for SC, ST, PWD, ESM (Ex-Servicemen) & Women candidates.
  • Selection Procedure: Will be based on shortlisting followed by a Personal Interview (PI) and/or any other selection method.
