3. Eligibility Criteria:

 * Nationality: Citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan Refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, or a Person of Indian Origin who has migrated from certain specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.

 * Age Limit (as on July 1, 2025):

   * Minimum: 20 years

   * Maximum: 30 years

   * Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years, PwBD: 10 years, Ex-Servicemen: 5 years, etc.).

 * Educational Qualification (as on or before July 21, 2025):

   * A Bachelor's degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

   * Candidates must possess valid mark-sheets/degree certificates at the time of registration and indicate the percentage of marks obtained.

 * Credit History: A clean credit history is required at the time of joining the participating banks.

4. Application Process:

 * Applications must be submitted online through the official IBPS website (www.ibps.in).

 * The process involves:

   * New Registration by entering basic information.

   * Uploading scanned photograph and signature.

   * Filling in detailed application form (personal, educational, and bank preferences).

   * Uploading left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration.

   * Previewing the application.

   * Payment of application fees.

 * Application Fee:

   * SC/ST/PwBD candidates: Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST)

   * All other candidates: Rs. 850/- (inclusive of GST)

5. Selection Process:

The selection process typically involves three phases:

 * Preliminary Examination: An online objective test of 100 marks, consisting of:

   * English Language (30 Questions, 30 Marks)

   * Quantitative Aptitude (35 Questions, 35 Marks)

   * Reasoning Ability (35 Questions, 35 Marks)

   * Duration: 60 minutes (20 minutes for each section).

 * Main Examination: An online test of 225 marks, comprising both objective and descriptive tests:

   * Objective Test (200 Marks, 160 minutes):

     * Reasoning & Computer Aptitude (45 Questions, 60 Marks)

     * General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness (40 Questions, 40 Marks)

     * English Language (35 Questions, 40 Marks)

     * Data Analysis & Interpretation (35 Questions, 60 Marks)

   * Descriptive Test (25 Marks, 30 minutes):

     * English Language (Letter Writing & Essay - 2 Questions)

 * Interview: Candidates who qualify in the Main Examination will be called for an interview conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by IBPS.

6. Syllabus:
