🏫 Conduct Instructions by SCERT Andhra Pradesh
The SCERT, Andhra Pradesh has issued comprehensive guidelines for conducting the Cluster Complex Meeting in July 2025. All educational officers including RJDSEs, DEOs, APCs, DyEOs, MEOs, DIET Principals, and sectoral officers are instructed to ensure 100% participation and smooth execution of the meeting.
✅ Responsibilities of Cluster Complex Headmasters
- Ensure 100% teacher attendance and engagement.
- Maintain digital infrastructure and internet connectivity.
- Appoint and inform Resource Persons (RPs) in advance.
- Ensure feedback forms are submitted by all teachers.
- Inform all participants about the minute-to-minute agenda.
- Submit monitoring formats post-meeting.
- Appoint facilitators: 7 Subject School Assistants and 2 Senior SGTs.
- Mid-day meal must be closed by 11:45 AM; schools to function half-day (9 AM–12 PM).
🛑 Don’ts During Training:
- No felicitation for transfers/promotions.
- No personal/union meetings or celebrations.
- Leaves only for medical emergencies.

1:00–2:00 PM | Common session: Opening remarks, review on enrolment, absentees, previous year results & action plans. |
2:00–3:00 PM | Session 2: Separate sessions by class/subject – Model lessons using Teacher Handbook, FLN/Summary videos & peer discussions. |
3:00–3:15 PM | Tea Break |
3:15–4:00 PM | Session 3: Curricular integration discussions and group activity by subject or class level. |
4:00–5:00 PM | Session 4: Assessment Booklet, FA-I planning, HPC discussions, best practices, interaction with officials, feedback & closing. |
📌 Note:
Teachers handling Classes 1–5 alone must attend 1 & 2 session.
Subject-specific video links will be shared by SCERT.
🎥 Video Content & Resources
Video links on topics like model lessons, FLN, summary, and best practices will be made available by SCERT and Samagra Shiksha. Teachers are expected to view and discuss these as part of the sessions.
👥 Monitoring & Evaluation
Monitoring will be done by:
- DEOs, DyEOs, APCs
- DIET Principals & Faculty
- MEOs and Sectorial Officers
- CRPs and MIS Coordinators
⚠️ Laxity in implementation will be viewed seriously by authorities.
