All the District Educational Officers in the State are here by requested to issue necessary instructions to all the field functionaries of their Jurisdiction to maintain the following records/stock registers properly.

1. No of Students daily Mdm opted and availed Register.
2. Stock and Issue Registers of Eggs, Chikki, Rice, Ragiflour and
3. Jaggery. MDM Taste Register
4. TMF material Stock and issue Registers
5. Sanitary Napkins stock and issue Registers.
6. Kitchen utensils stock and issue Registers.
7. IFA Tablets stock Register
8. Steel tumblers stock Register.
9. Other Records/Registers if any
