Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must:
- Hold a degree from a recognized university (any stream, including Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Agriculture, Management, Pharmacy, or Law). Degrees from open/distance learning modes are valid if recognized by UGC/AICTE/DEB.
- Possess a certificate in MS Office proficiency from reputed institutions like NIIT, BDPS, CMC, RSETI, or universities.
- Have relevant work experience in cooperative societies, scheduled banks, SERP/MEPMA, or corporate business correspondent firms. Experience is scored as follows:
- More than 3 years: 15 marks
- 3 years: 12 marks
- 2 years: 8 marks
- Minimum 1 year: 4 marks (+1 mark per completed quarter after 1 year)
Note: Candidates must have all required certificates as of June 6, 2023, and upload them during the application process.
Reservation Policy
Stree Nidhi-AP follows a horizontal reservation policy:
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 4% reservation, excluding certain disabilities (e.g., Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Complete Blindness) due to job demands like extensive rural touring and handling financial transactions.
- Ex-Servicemen: 2% reservation, with 1% reserved for women.
- Meritorious Sports Persons: 2% reservation.
If no suitable candidates are available for these categories, the reserved posts will lapse.
Selection Process
The selection process is straightforward yet competitive:
1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be evaluated based on academic performance and relevant experience for a total of 75 marks.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates (in a 1:4 ratio per category) will face an interview worth 25 marks.
3. Final Selection: The final merit list will be based on a total score of 100 marks, adhering to reservation rules. No waiting list will be maintained.
Required documents include SSC, Intermediate, and Degree certificates, MS Office proficiency certificate, experience certificate, and relevant reservation certificates (e.g., community, EWS, disability, ex-servicemen, or sports).
Remuneration and Contract Terms
-Salary: Rs. 25,520 per month plus allowances as per Stree Nidhi-AP norms.
-Contract Period: One year, with a service agreement on a Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
- Caution Deposit: Rs. 75,000 as a term deposit, to be submitted at the time of joining.
- Termination: Stree Nidhi-AP reserves the right to terminate the contract for unsatisfactory performance or breach of agreement, with potential recovery of losses from the caution deposit.
