Are You Eligible?
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age Limit: Below 30 years (Born on or after June 1, 1995)
- Education: Any Graduation with a first-class in Regular Stream or above
- Language Skills: Knowledge of English & Telugu is compulsory
- Computer Proficiency: Should be proficient in MS Office (MS Word and Excel) and conversant in digital communications etiquette
Training and Compensation:
Selected candidates will undergo a 24-month training period. During this time, a compensation of Rs. 15,000/- per month (all-inclusive) will be provided. Upon successful completion of the first year of training, candidates will be appointed to a Consolidated employee position with a monthly remuneration of Rs. 17,000/-. Following successful completion of one year in the consolidated role, candidates will be considered for placement in the regular Pay Scale, subject to organizational policies and performance evaluations. The total initial emolument after successful completion of the 24-month training period will be around Rs. 28,000/-.
Service Bond:
Selected candidates will be required to execute a service bond agreeing to serve the organization for a minimum period of one year from the date of appointing as a Trainee. If a candidate chooses to quit during the Bond Period, a compensation of Rs. 50,000/- must be paid to the Bank.
