TOOL-2: WRITTEN WORK MODEL REMARKS

This Written Work Model Remarks chart is designed to evaluate students’ performance in Telugu, Hindi, and English subjects. The evaluation considers syllabus completion, handwriting neatness, accuracy, presentation, and participation in activities.

The assessment is graded on six performance levels:

1️⃣ Excellent (5 Marks)

Telugu: అన్ని పనులు సమయానికి పూర్తిచేయడం, వర్క్‌షీట్లు, హోంవర్క్ సరిగా మరియు శుభ్రంగా, అన్ని కార్యకలాపాలలో చురుకైన పాల్గొనడం.

Hindi: सभी पाठ्यक्रम समय पर पूरे किए; वर्कशीट्स, गृह कार्य साफ-सुथरे और सही; सभी गतिविधियों में सक्रिय भागीदारी।

English: All syllabus completed on time; worksheets, homework neat and correct; actively participated in all activities.

2️⃣ Very Good (4 Marks)

Telugu: పనులు సమయానికి పూర్తి చేయడం; స్వల్ప తప్పులు; హస్తలేఖనం చక్కగా ఉండడం; ఎక్కువ భాగం అసైన్మెంట్లు పూర్తి చేయడం.

Hindi: अधिकांश पाठ्यक्रम पूरे किए; कार्य साफ-सुथरा; थोड़े सुधार की आवश्यकता; अच्छी भागीदारी।

English: Most syllabus completed; neat work; minor corrections needed; good participation.

3️⃣ Good (3 Marks)

Telugu: పనులు పూర్తిచేయడం కానీ కొంత సవరణ అవసరం; కొన్ని పనులు మిగిలి ఉండడం.

Hindi: कार्य आंशिक रूप से पूरा; लेखन औसत; प्रस्तुति में सुधार की आवश्यकता; सामान्य भागीदारी।

English: Work partially completed; average handwriting; needs improvement in presentation; moderate participation.

4️⃣ Satisfactory (2 Marks)

Telugu: కొంత ఆలస్యంగా పనులు సమర్పించడం; హస్తలేఖనం సాధారణంగా కానీ అశుభ్రంగా; కొంత పని మిస్సింగ్.

Hindi: आधा से कम कार्य पूरा; लेखन अस्त-व्यस्त; गतिविधियों में रुचि कम।

English: Less than half work completed; untidy writing; low interest in activities.

5️⃣ Need Improvement (1 Mark)

Telugu: ఆలస్యంగా లేదా అసంపూర్ణ పనులు; అనేక తప్పులు; హస్తలేఖనం మెరుగుదల అవసరం.

Hindi: बहुत कम कार्य पूरा; लापरवाह प्रस्तुति; गतिविधियों में भागीदारी नहीं।

English: Very little work completed; careless presentation; no participation in activities.

6️⃣ Not Done (0 Marks)

Telugu: పనులు సమర్పించకపోవడం; కార్యకలాపాలలో పాల్గొనకపోవడం.

Hindi: कोई कार्य प्रस्तुत नहीं; गतिविधियों में भागीदारी नहीं।

English: No work submitted; no participation in activities

🔍 Purpose:

This tool gives teachers a structured way to provide feedback, encourage timely and neat work, and promote active participation in all subjects.

The Tool-2: Written Work Model Remarks table is designed to assess students’ written work performance in Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Each subject is evaluated based on timely submission, accuracy, neatness of handwriting, completeness of assignments, and overall presentation.

The evaluation is divided into six performance levels:

1️⃣ Excellent (5 Marks)

Mathematics: All work completed on time with accurate solutions, neat handwriting, and well-presented assignments/homework.

Science: All tasks submitted on time, lab records complete and accurate, neat handwriting, and well-done assignments/homework.

Social Studies: All components completed promptly, map work accurate and neat, handwriting excellent, assignments thorough.

2️⃣ Very Good (4 Marks)

Submitted on time with only minor errors.

Handwriting neat, most assignments and homework complete.

3️⃣ Good (3 Marks)

Work submitted within the given time but requires some corrections.

Clear handwriting, but a few assignments/homework missing.

Science records/maps have some missing details but presentation is acceptable.

4️⃣ Satisfactory (2 Marks)

Slightly late submissions with several corrections needed.

Handwriting legible but untidy.

Some assignments/homework missing.

5️⃣ Need Improvement (1 Mark)

Late or incomplete submission.

Many errors, handwriting needs improvement, and several tasks/components incomplete.

6️⃣ Not Done (0 Marks)

No submission of notes, classwork, records, assignments, or homework.


Purpose of l helps teachers give consistent, transparent feedback while motivating students to improve their submission quality, accuracy, and presentation skills.
