Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications (Any one of the following):
1. Diploma in Engineering in:
Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Applications.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Electronics / Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications (BCA).
Age Limit: 18–27 years
- SC/ST: +5 years relaxation
- OBC: +3 years relaxation
- Departmental candidates (with 3+ years service): up to 40 years
- Widows/divorced women: up to 35 years (UR), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC/ST)
- Ex-servicemen & meritorious sportspersons: As per rules
Note: Not suitable for PwBD candidates.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on three tiers:
1. Tier-I (Written Exam) – 100 marks | 2 hours | Online MCQ
General Mental Ability: 25%
Technical (as per qualification): 75%
Negative marking: 0.25 mark per wrong answer
2. Tier-II (Skill Test) – 30 marks | Practical/Technical test
3. Tier-III (Interview/Personality Test) – 20 marks
Final Merit List = Tier-I + Tier-II + Tier-III scores
Exam Centres
Candidates must choose 5 cities from a wide list across India (including all major state capitals and districts). Once selected, exam city cannot be changed.

- Last Date to Apply Online: 14th September 2025 (11:59 PM)
- Last Date for Fee Payment via Challan: 16th September 2025

- UR/OBC/EWS Male: ₹650 (₹100 Exam Fee + ₹550 Processing)
- SC/ST/Female/Ex-Servicemen (eligible for reservation): ₹550 (Processing only)
- Mode of Payment: Online (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) or Offline via SBI challan
