- 15 to 25 years
Relaxation:
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC – 3 years
- PwBD – 10 years

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed/pursuing the prescribed qualification as per the trade.
- For COPA: 10th with 50% marks & ITI Certificate (NCVT/SCVT).
- For Executive/HR/PR posts: Graduate or pursuing Graduation.
Place of Posting
Anywhere under the jurisdiction of IRCTC South Central Zone – Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh.
Reservation Policy
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen reservation as per Govt. of India rules.
- Candidates must submit valid caste/disability/income certificates at the time of verification.
Selection Process
- Merit list based on Matriculation marks.
- No written test or interview.
Tie-breaking:
- Older candidate preferred.
- If DOB is same, earlier pass-out will be considered.
- Final selection subject to document verification.
Stipend
- Selected apprentices will be paid monthly stipend as per apprenticeship rules:
- Class 10 Pass-outs – ₹6,000/-
- Class 12 Pass-outs – ₹7,000/-
- National/State Certificate holders – ₹7,700/-
- Diploma holders – ₹8,000/-
- Graduates – ₹9,000/-
