- For Non-RDSS Projects:
- Field Engineer: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (CTC ~ ₹8.9 LPA)
- Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 – ₹1,05,000 (CTC ~ ₹6.8 LPA)
- For RDSS Projects:
- Same pay bands, but perks @ max 35% of Basic Pay, subject to performance.
