Shoe Mela — SRKVM Student Kit Distribution (Academic Year 2025-26)
Overview
Under the Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra (SRKVM-1) scheme, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is providing student kits to all students of Classes I–X in Government management schools for the academic year 2025–26. During distribution, shoe size mismatches were identified. To ensure every student receives correctly fitting shoes, a Shoe Exchange Mela will be conducted at Cluster, Mandal and District levels.

| Mandal Level | 16.08.2025 – 25.08.2025 | Exchange shoes among cluster complexes in the mandal. Surplus (with acknowledgment) → District stock point. Maintain documentation & signatures. |
| District Level | 26.08.2025 – 31.08.2025 | Exchange shoes among mandals. Surplus will be kept at District stock point or transferred to nearby districts (with acknowledgment). Ensure meticulous documentation. |
Note: All District Educational Officers, Additional Project Coordinators and field functionaries must organize the Shoe Exchange Melas at convenient locations, issue clear guidelines to field staff, and submit compliance reports. Proper acknowledgments are mandatory during exchange and handover.
