1. For Management Trainees (Engg.): Based on GATE 2025 score (80% weightage) followed by a Personal Interview (20% weightage).

3. For Other Posts (GOT/DT): Selection may involve a Written Test, Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and/or Personal Interview. The exact mode will be decided by UCIL based on response.
Pay & perks After Absorption
· Management Trainees: After 1-year training, absorbed as Assistant Superintendent/Manager in pay scale ₹40,000 - 1,40,000.
· Diploma/Graduate Trainees: After training, absorbed as Assistant Foreman in pay scale ₹29,990 - 46,720.
· Benefits: DA, Perks & Allowances, PF, Gratuity, subsidized accommodation, medical facilities, and children's education allowance as per company rules.
· Bond: Selected trainees must execute a bond to serve the company for 4 years after training.
