ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Director, Women Development & Child Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh in their e-file vide reference 3rd read above, Government after careful examination of proposal of the Director, Women Development & Child Welfare Department, Guntur, hereby accorded permission for:
i) Upgradation of 4687 Mini Anganwadi Workers whoever have got qualification 10th pass would be upgraded as Main Anganwadi Workers with honorarium Rs.11,500/- per month.
ii) Merge 340 Mini Anganwadi Centres where beneficiaries less than 10 and Mini Anganwadi Centres available within 1km, with the nearest Main Anganwadi Centres.
2. The Director, Women Development & Child Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh is requested to consider for phased upgradation spreading over the next four years on a need-basis alone and take necessary action, accordingly in the matter.
