The School Education Department, SCERT Andhra Pradesh, has issued detailed proceedings regarding the Cluster Complex Meeting for the month of September 2025. The meeting is scheduled to be conducted on 20th September 2025 (Saturday) from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm across all school clusters in the state.

This initiative is a part of the state’s continuous efforts to strengthen teacher capacity building, review academic progress, and ensure quality learning outcomes for students.

  • Date & Time: Saturday, 20.09.2025, from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm

Mode: At cluster level, with digital resources & video links provided by SCERT

Participants:

  • All teachers of Government, Aided, KGBVs, Residential schools
  • Headmasters and subject teachers
  • Resource Persons (RPs) from SCERT and cluster level

Responsibilities of Cluster Complex Headmasters

1. Ensure 100% teacher attendance with biometric (facial recognition) marking at 1.00 pm and 5.00 pm.

2. Arrange digital infrastructure, internet, and IFPs for smooth sessions.

3. Coordinate with Resource Persons and communicate the agenda in advance.

4. Provide proper facilities – seating, water, sanitation, and accommodation.

5. Collect teacher feedback forms at the end of the meeting.

6. Ensure Mid-Day Meal closure by 11:45 am on the meeting day, and inform parents about half-day school (9 am – 12 pm).

7. Monitor sessions with assistance from DIET faculty, DEOs, APCs, MEOs, and Samagra Shiksha officials.

Do’s and Don’ts in Cluster Meetings

Do’s

  • Follow the official schedule and session plan.
  • Focus discussions on academics, assessments, and learning outcomes.
  • Encourage peer discussions and collaborative problem-solving.

Don’ts

  • No felicitation events (transfers, promotions, birthdays, or personal functions).
  • No discussions on union matters or personal grievances.
  • No site-seeing or non-academic gatherings.
  • Avoid unnecessary leaves, except in medical emergencies.

Meeting Agenda – September 2025

  • Session 1 (1.00 pm – 2.00 pm) – Common Session
  • Opening remarks (by SCERT/SPD/Officials – via video link)
  • Discussion on attendance & tracking absentees
  • Review of FA-I exams, C & D grade remediation
  • Review of assessment tools for FA-II
  • Syllabus completion review

Session 2 (2.00 pm – 3.00 pm) – Separate Sessions

  • Classes 1 & 2: Model lessons on difficult concepts (SCERT RPs)
  • Classes 3–5: Model lessons + TaRL (Teaching at the Right Level) activities
  • Secondary level: Subject-wise sessions (Telugu, Hindi, English, Maths, Science, Social, Sanskrit, Urdu, PETs)
  • Peer discussions on lessons & pedagogy

Tea Break (3.00 pm – 3.15 pm)

Session 3 (3.15 pm – 4.00 pm) – Academic Calendar Discussions

  • Primary level: 2025 Primary Academic Calendar – activities and planning
  • Secondary level: 2025 Secondary Academic Calendar – planning & discussions

Session 4 (4.00 pm – 5.00 pm) – Peer Group Reflections & Planning

  • Strategies to achieve learning outcomes
  • Action plan for syllabus completion, FA-II exams, and Holistic Progress Card (HPC) evaluation
  • Videos on best practices (from SCERT)
  • Interaction with Samagra Shiksha / SCERT officials
  • Feedback through post-training evaluation (MCQs)
  • Closing remarks by Cluster Headmaster

Monitoring Mechanism

  • District-level monitoring will be carried out by DEOs, DyEOs, APCs, DIET Principals, MEOs, Sectoral Officers, MIS Coordinators, and CRPs.
  • One nodal officer will be mapped to each cluster complex to ensure smooth conduct.
  • Any deviation or negligence in implementation will be viewed seriously by SCERT.
