Eligibility and Selection Process
The upper age limit for applicants is 42 years as of July 31, 2025. Age relaxations are applicable for certain categories:
- SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates: 5 years
- Ex-service personnel: 3 years in addition to their length of service
- Differently-abled persons: 10 years
The maximum age with all relaxations is capped at 52 years.
Selection will be based on a weighting system with a total of 100 marks:
- 90% for the aggregate marks in the qualifying examination
- Up to 10% based on the number of years since passing the qualifying exam (1 mark per completed year)
Application Fee
Applicants must pay the application fee via UPI transfer, RTGS, or NEFT to the bank account of DCHS, Guntur. A separate fee receipt must be enclosed for each post if you are applying for more than one.
- OC candidates: Rs. 300
- BC/EWS candidates: Rs. 200
- SC/ST candidates: Rs. 100
- Physically challenged candidates: Exempted from the fee
Required Documents
Along with the filled-in application, candidates must submit self-attested copies of the following documents:
- SSC or equivalent certificate
- Intermediate or equivalent certificate
- Pass certificates for the prescribed qualifications
- Marks memos for all years of the qualifying examination
- Proof of appearance for the qualifying examination, if applicable
- Valid registration and renewal certificates from the relevant council (if applicable)
- Study certificates from Class IV to X
- Valid caste certificate (if applicable)
- SADAREM disability certificate (if applicable)
- Any other relevant certificates
Note: All documents must be clear and legible. Applications with unclear or missing documents will be rejected.
Important Conditions
Selected candidates will be appointed on a contract or outsourcing basis and will not be considered permanent government employees. The appointment can be terminated by either party with a one-month written notice. Successful candidates must also execute an agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 110 at the time of joining.
