Vacancy Details

Post Name: Manager (Credit Analyst)

Grade/Scale: Middle Management Grade Scale–III

Total Vacancies: 122 (including backlog)

Age Limit: 25 to 35 years as on 31.08.2025 (Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. rules)

Educational Qualification (as on 31.08.2025)

• Graduate (any discipline) from a recognized University/Institution
• AND

• MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS (Finance)/CA/CFA/ICWA

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Credit/High Value Credit in a Supervisory/Management role.
• Experience should be in appraisal/assessment of credit proposals of medium/large corporates.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility and profile.
• Interview (100 marks).
• Merit list will be prepared based on interview performance.

Job Profile & Responsibilities

The Manager (Credit Analyst) will be responsible for:

• Appraisal and assessment of credit proposals.
• Due diligence, compliance checks, and financial analysis.
• Pre-sanction and post-sanction credit monitoring.
• Supporting Relationship Managers in achieving growth targets.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Rs. 85,920 – 1,05,280/- (MMGS-III) + Allowances (DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, LFC, Medical Facility & other perks).
• Probation Period: 6 months.
