About the Departmental Tests
Departmental Tests are conducted for employees of the Andhra Pradesh State Government to validate their proficiency in specific departmental rules, accounts, language, and technical subjects as prescribed in their respective service rules.

Eligibility Criteria
· Employees of the Government of Andhra Pradesh are eligible to apply for tests prescribed in their departmental service rules.
· Some tests are open to all, including non-government candidates. (e.g., Paper Codes: 5, 8, 10, 18, 19, 27, 28, 36, etc.)
· Special conditions apply for tests like Divisional Test, Mines & Geology, Translation Tests, etc.
· Service Certificate from the Controlling Officer is required for certain tests (e.g., Divisional Test).
Exam Centers
· Tests will be conducted in all 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh.
· Candidates will be allotted centers based on their current working district.

How to Apply Online
Follow these steps to apply for APPSC Departmental Tests Nov 2025:
Step 1: One-Time Profile Registration (OTPR)
· Visit psc.ap.gov.in
· Register using your mobile number and email ID to generate OTPR ID.
Step 2: Login & Apply
· Use OTPR ID to log in.
· Click on “Online Application Submission” for Notification No. 19/2025.
Step 3: Fill Application & Pay Fee
· Fill in test-specific details.
· Pay the fee online via Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
Step 4: Submit & Download Receipt
· Verify all details and submit the application.
· Download and save the application receipt for future reference.

· Scanned Passport Photo (3.5x4.5 cm, <50 KB)
· Scanned Signature (3.5x1.5 cm, <30 KB)
· Service Certificate (for Divisional Test, Mines & Geology, etc.)
· Educational Certificates (for exemption claims)
Important Instructions
· Applications must be submitted only online. Offline forms will be rejected.
· Corrections are allowed with a fee of ₹100 per change (except name and personal details).
· Hall tickets will not be issued in duplicate. Preserve it carefully.
· No individual pass certificates will be issued. Results will be published online.
