Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Operator (Material Handling Equipment):
NAC/NTC/STC in Crane Operations OR Class 10th with Heavy Vehicle License and minimum 2 years’ crane operation experience.
2. Rigger:
NAC/NTC/STC in Rigger OR Class 10th with 2 years’ experience in loading/unloading in a large industry (turnover above ₹500 crore).
3. Heat Treatment Operator:
NAC/NTC/STC in Forger and Heat Treater.
4. Fitter Auto Electric:
NAC/NTC/STC in Auto Electrician.
5. Sand & Shot Blaster:
Class 10th with 2 years’ experience in shot blasting operations.
Note: Candidates must have at least 65% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
Age Limit (as on 03.11.2025)
- Maximum Age: 35 years
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST – 5 years
OBC (NCL) – 3 years
PwBD – 10 years (plus category relaxation)
Ex-Apprentices/Ex-Servicemen – As per Govt. norm
Maximum age after all relaxations: 55 years
Salary / Remuneration
- Basic Pay: ₹21,000 per month
- Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA): As applicable
- Special Allowance: 5% of Basic Pay
- Annual Increment: 3%
