Salary and Benefits
- Selected candidates will receive a lump-sum pay of ₹30,000/- per month, inclusive of all statutory deductions.
- Performance-based incentives and annual increments will be provided as per bank policy.
Tenure of Engagement
- Initial engagement period: 1 year
- Extendable up to 3 years based on performance
- After completion of the term, a 2-year cooling-off period will apply before re-engagement
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on merit list (Graduation percentage).
- In case of a tie, GDS service seniority or date of birth will be considered.
- The bank reserves the right to conduct an online test if required.
