Attention all newly recruited teachers and education officials in Andhra Pradesh! The much-anticipated induction training for teachers recruited through the Mega DSC 2025 is officially scheduled.
In a significant step towards orienting new educators, the Office of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, has issued orders for an 8-day residential induction training program across the state.
Key Details of the Training:
· Duration: From 3rd October 2025 to 10th October 2025.
· Mode: Residential.
· Purpose: To provide a standardized and thorough induction for all teachers hired in the recent massive recruitment drive.
To ensure the smooth and effective execution of this large-scale program, a detailed order has been circulated to all District Educational Officers (DEOs), outlining the deployment of specific staff members and their roles.
Staff Roles & Responsibilities for a Seamless Program:
The success of such a vast training initiative hinges on clear roles and coordinated efforts. The state office has meticulously defined the responsibilities for the district staff involved:
· Academic Monitoring Officer (AMO): Acts as the overall in-charge for all training venues within the district.
· Course Coordinator: Responsible for conducting pre-training meetings with Key Resource Persons (KRPs) to ensure methodological uniformity. They will also manage the collection of participants' mobile phones during classes to minimize distractions.
· Venue In-charge: The central point of coordination between the venue staff, the vendor, and the Chief Education Officer's office.
· Food In-charge: Oversees all meal arrangements and, along with the AMO, ensures an accurate daily headcount of participants using a token system for lunches and dinners.
· MIS Coordinator: Manages the critical task of recording participant attendance, data entry, and related documentation.
· Accommodation In-charge: Makes pre-arranged lodging facilities, with separate accommodations for male and female candidates.
· Classroom In-charge (KRPs): Monitors sessions and supports Co-KRPs in effective content delivery.
· CRPs: Assists KRPs in the classroom and ensures participants adhere to the break schedule.
· Accountant: Collects and consolidates all necessary data sheets from each venue.
All supporting staff are directed to work under the guidance of the AMO.
The District Educational Officers have been instructed to strictly adhere to the staff deployment list and ensure that all assigned personnel are present at their respective venues for the entire training period. Daily progress reports are to be submitted to the State Office.
This structured approach underscores the government's commitment to not only recruiting quality teachers but also equipping them with the right foundation through a well-organized and disciplined training program.
