Posting Locations

Candidates will be posted at various SBI Wealth Management Centres across India, including:

Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, New Delhi, Patna, Jaipur, Lucknow, Thiruvananthapuram, Guwahati, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Bhubaneswar, Gandhinagar, Amaravati, etc.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Below are the post-wise qualification and experience details:

1. Head (Product, Investment & Research)

  • Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation from a recognized University (CA / CFP / CFA preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in financial services, wealth management, investment advisory.
  • CTC: Up to ₹1.35 Crore per annum.

2. Zonal Head (Retail)

  • Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 15+ years in sales, 5+ years in leading teams in wealth management or AMCs.
  • CTC: ₹97.00 Lakhs per annum.

3. Regional Head

  • Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in wealth management, with at least 5 years team leadership.
  • CTC: ₹66.40 Lakhs per annum.

4. Relationship Manager – Team Lead

  • Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in relationship management in wealth/broking/AMCs.
  • CTC: ₹51.80 Lakhs per annum.

5.Investment Specialist

  • Qualification: PG in Finance/Commerce/Economics or CA/CFA.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in investment advisory or wealth management.
  • CTC: ₹44.50 Lakhs per annum.

6. Investment Officer

  • Qualification: PG in Finance/Commerce/Economics or CA/CFA.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in investment advisory or wealth management.
  • CTC: ₹27.10 Lakhs per annum.

7.Project Development Manager (Business)

  • Qualification: MBA/PGDM from a recognized University.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, wealth or broking firms.
  • CTC: ₹30.10 Lakhs per annum.

8. Central Research Team (Support)

  • Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, or Statistics.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in financial research, publications, or MIS.
  • CTC: ₹20.60 Lakhs per annum.

Pay Scale & Benefits

  • Annual CTC Range: ₹20.6 Lakh to ₹135 Lakh (Negotiable) 
  • Performance Linked Pay (PLP): Up to 45% of Fixed Pay
  • Contract Tenure: 5 Years (Renewable up to 9 years)
  • Leave Benefits: 30 days per year
  • Notice Period: 2 months

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting – Based on qualification, experience & suitability.

2. Interview – 100 marks (Face-to-face/Video).

3. CTC Negotiation – Based on experience and current pay.

4. Merit List – Based on interview marks only.

  • In case of tie, older candidates will be ranked higher.
