Educational Qualifications & Experience
Below are the post-wise qualification and experience details:
1. Head (Product, Investment & Research)
- Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation from a recognized University (CA / CFP / CFA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in financial services, wealth management, investment advisory.
- CTC: Up to ₹1.35 Crore per annum.
2. Zonal Head (Retail)
- Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in sales, 5+ years in leading teams in wealth management or AMCs.
- CTC: ₹97.00 Lakhs per annum.
3. Regional Head
- Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in wealth management, with at least 5 years team leadership.
- CTC: ₹66.40 Lakhs per annum.
4. Relationship Manager – Team Lead
- Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in relationship management in wealth/broking/AMCs.
- CTC: ₹51.80 Lakhs per annum.
5.Investment Specialist
- Qualification: PG in Finance/Commerce/Economics or CA/CFA.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in investment advisory or wealth management.
- CTC: ₹44.50 Lakhs per annum.
6. Investment Officer
- Qualification: PG in Finance/Commerce/Economics or CA/CFA.
