The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Andhra Pradesh has released official proceedings for conducting the Cluster Complex Meeting for October 2025. The meeting will be held on Saturday, 18.10.2025 from 1.00 PM to 5.00 PM across all school complexes in the state with 100% teacher participation.
All RJDSEs, DEOs, APCs, Dy.E.Os, DIET Principals, MEOs, and Sectorial Officers are directed to monitor the program without deviation.
๐งพ Objectives of the Meeting
- To review academic progress up to October 2025.
- Discuss FA-II results and plan remediation for C, D grade students.
- Encourage peer learning among teachers through discussions.
- Ensure effective usage of Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) and digital tools.
- Plan for SA-I Exams and Holistic Progress Cards (HPCs).

๐ง๐ซ Responsibilities of Cluster Headmasters
- Ensure 100% attendance (Facial Recognition at 1 PM & 5 PM).
- Provide proper infrastructure, seating, water, and internet.
- Follow the schedule strictly and ensure feedback collection.
- Inform parents about Half-Day School (9 AM – 12 PM) timings.
- Close Mid-Day Meal by 11:45 AM.
๐ซ Do’s and Don’ts
✅ Do’s
- Follow agenda strictly as per SCERT instructions.
- Submit monitoring format after completion.
- Involve Resource Persons (RPs) and Senior Teachers.
❌ Don’ts
- No felicitations, personal parties, or birthday celebrations.
- No union or service discussions.
- No leaves except for medical emergencies.
๐ Monitoring Mechanism
Monitoring will be carried out by DEOs, DyEOs, DIET Principals, APCs, Sectorial Officers, CRPs, and other Samagra Shiksha officials. Each cluster will be mapped to one district-level officer for smooth functioning.
