India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB), a Government of India undertaking under the Department of Posts, has released a new notification inviting applications on deputation/foreign service basis from regular employees of Central/State Governments, PSUs, CPSEs, and Autonomous Bodies.
This recruitment drive offers 199 Junior Associate and 110 Assistant Manager (Scale-I) posts at IPPB Branches and Banking Outlets across India.

1. Junior Associate
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
- Age Limit: 20 to 32 years.
Experience:
- Central Govt: Level 4, 5, 6 (Group C & B) with at least 3 years of service.
- PSU/CPSE: Workmen category W-4, 5, 6.
2. Assistant Manager (Scale-I)
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
Age Limit: 20 to 35 years.
Experience:
- Central Govt: Level 7 (5 years’ service) or Level 8 (3 years’ service).
- PSU/CPSE: Level E-0 or E-1 (3 years’ service)
- Note: Department of Posts employees in Level-4 are eligible only for Junior Associate posts.
- Department of Posts employees are not eligible for Assistant Manager posts.
Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on merit (percentage of marks in graduation).
- IPPB reserves the right to conduct an Assessment / Online Test / Group Discussion / Interview if required.
- In case of a tie in marks, older candidates (by date of birth) will be given preference.

- ₹750/- (Non-Refundable)

3. Fill the online form carefully with all required details.
4. Upload your No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your parent department containing:
- Details of penalties, if any,
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate,
- Relieving condition (“employee shall be relieved within 30 days if selected”).
5. Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.

Job Roles:
Assistant Manager (Scale-I):
- Manage and analyze MIS reports.
- Conduct field visits, organize business camps and melas.
- Supervise BC (Business Correspondent) operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk audits.
- Achieve sales targets and promote IPPB products.
Junior Associate:
- Develop relationships with channel partners.
- Conduct sales campaigns and customer awareness programs.
- Cross-sell IPPB products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and support branch operations.
Tenure & Pay
- Tenure: 1 year (extendable up to 3 years based on performance).
- Pay: As per parent cadre pay + deputation allowance (as applicable).
- Leaves and other benefits: As per rules of the parent organization.
