Purpose of the Cluster Complex Meeting
The December 2025 Cluster Complex Meeting aims to:
- Strengthen academic planning and implementation
- Review syllabus completion and learning outcomes
- Improve Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN)
- Enhance teaching strategies through peer learning
- Prepare action plans for upcoming assessments
Mandatory Attendance:
The following teachers must attend the meeting:
- Government Teachers
- Aided School Teachers
- KGBV Teachers
- Residential School Teachers
100% attendance is compulsory, and attendance will be recorded using facial recognition at 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM .
School Timing on 20 December 2025
- Schools will function half-day (9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon)
- Mid-Day Meal must be completed by 11:45 AM
- Parents must be informed in advance for student safety
Responsibilities of Cluster Complex Headmaster
The Cluster Complex HM shall:
- Ensure full attendance and active participation
- Arrange digital infrastructure and internet connectivity
- Designate subject-wise Resource Persons (RPs)
- Share SCERT content and notes in advance
- Ensure submission of teacher feedback forms
- Submit monitoring formats after completion

- No felicitation programs (transfers, promotions, garlands)
- No personal celebrations or parties
- No leave except medical emergencies
- No service or union-related discussions
