ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Social Welfare, Α.Ρ., Tadepalli in the reference cited, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to engage 1,365 Sanitation Personnel through 3rd Party Outsourcing Firms for 1,051 Social Welfare Hostels (including 441 Girls Hostels) for 10.5 months per year, subject to the following conditions:
a) Procurement of services shall be done strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, Finance (HR-I) Department, dated 08.08.2016.
b) Expenditure shall be met within existing budgetary allocations under HoA: 07 Govt. Hostels DH/SDH 300/304.
c) The Director of Social Welfare, A.P., shall design robust mechanism for monthly monitoring and reporting of sanitation and hygiene standards in all Social Welfare Hostels.
d) Sanitation reports shall be furnished regularly to the concerned

3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.Note: FIN01- HROPDPP(TRPO)/2/2025-HR-II (2668625), dated: 26.11.2025.
