Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification

• Graduate with minimum 60% marks in any of the following streams:
• Commerce / Economics / Business Management / IT / Computer Science / Computer Applications 
• Note: 59.99% will be considered less than 60%.

Desirable Qualification

• Diploma in Banking & Finance (IIBF)
• M.Com / MA (Economics) / MBA / CA / CMA / CS / CFA

Age Limit

Maximum 28 years as of 01.11.2025 

Job Profile

Selected candidates will:

• Work as front-line officials
• Handle member and candidate enquiries
• Assist in administration tasks
• Support training & academic activities
• Manage information & processing tasks 

Exam Pattern of Online Test

• The online examination consists of 200 questions – 200 marks – 140 minutes.
• Reasoning: 50 50 40 min
• English Language:40 40 30 min
• Quantitative Aptitude:50 50 40 min
• General Awareness (Banking Focus):40 40 20 min
• Computer Knowledge:20 20 10 min
• Total: 200 200 140 minutes
• ¼ negative marking for each wrong answer
• Exam Medium: English

• ₹700 + GST
• Online payment only (Debit/Credit/Net banking/UPI)

Posting Location:

• Initial posting: Mumbai
• Can be transferred to Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Guwahati, Lucknow, Bengaluru based on requirement
• Salary & Benefits
• Pay scale: ₹40,400 – 1,30,400
• Approx. initial CTC: ₹8.7 Lakhs per annum
• DA, HRA, Medical, LFC, Insurance & other allowances
• Lease accommodation up to ₹20,000/month (Mumbai & Delhi)
