Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), a Miniratna Category-I PSU under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has released an official notification for the engagement of Graduate Engineer Apprentices (GEA) and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices (TA) for one year apprenticeship training at Hyderabad .
ECIL works in strategic sectors such as Nuclear, Defence, Aerospace, IT, Telecom, Homeland Security, and e-Governance, offering excellent learning exposure for engineering and diploma graduates.

Vacancy Details & Stipend:
- ECIL Apprentice Vacancy 2026 – Branch Wise
- Graduate Engineer Apprentices (GEA): 200 Posts
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices (TA): 48 Posts
- Eligible Engineering / Diploma Branches
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Computer Science / Information Technology (CSE/IT)
- Mechanical Engineering

Monthly Stipend:
- GEA: ₹9,000 per month
- TA: ₹8,000 per month
- Reservation for SC / ST / OBC / EWS / PwD candidates will be followed as per Government of India norms .
Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit (as on 31-12-2025)
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (NCL): 3 Years
- PwD (40% & above): 10 Years
Educational Qualification:
GEA:
- B.E / B.Tech in relevant branch
- Passed on or after 01 April 2023
- From AICTE approved institutions
TA:
- 3-Year Diploma in relevant branch
- Passed on or after 01 April 2023
- ✔️ Candidates from all over India are eligible to apply
- ❌ Candidates who already completed or are undergoing apprenticeship are not eligible .

Register on National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
Step 2:

- Applications submitted only on ECIL website will be accepted.
After submission:
- Take printout of application form
- Note system-generated application number for future use .
Selection Process:
1. Shortlisting based on online application data
2. Document Verification at ECIL Hyderabad
3. Final selection based on merit (marks obtained in qualifying exam)
In case of CGPA, official conversion certificate is mandatory.
