Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:
- M.A / M.Sc in Psychology (Applied / Counselling / Clinical / Child / Adolescent Psychology)
- M.Sc / M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work
- M.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing
- MSW (Medical & Psychiatric Social Work / Counselling)
- B.A / B.Sc (Honours) in Psychology

✔ Proficiency in English (written & verbal) is mandatory
Experience Requirements
- Postgraduates: No experience required
- B.A / B.Sc Psychology: Minimum 2 years counselling experience

Job Responsibilities
Selected counsellors will:
- Conduct one-to-one career counselling sessions for students
- Provide mental health counselling (stress, anxiety, depression, etc.)
- Organize workshops & seminars on mental health awareness
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, principals, and communities
- Visit slums, rural areas, and bastis for student outreach
- Support holistic career planning & emotional well-being

- Shortlisting based on academic & professional qualifications
- Interview as decided by the competent authority
- A waiting list will be prepared for future vacancies
