What is the G-FLN 75-Day Model Diary?
As part of this program, teachers are required to maintain a Teacher’s Diary that tracks the day-wise implementation of a 75-day intensive action plan. The "Model Diary" serves as a template for how to record daily activities, student progress, and learning levels.
Key Components of the 75-Day Plan
The plan categorizes students into three progressive learning levels to provide targeted instruction:
* Stream: Level 1 (Basic)
* Mountain: Level 2 (Intermediate)
* Sky: Level 3 (Advanced/Proficient)
Daily Schedule Structure
The diary usually follows a specific daily timetable (typically from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM):
| 1:00 – 1:40 PM | Telugu | Picture reading, letter/word identification, and storytelling. |
| 1:50 – 2:30 PM | Mathematics | Number recognition, oral math, and basic arithmetic. |
| 2:40 – 3:20 PM | English | Vocabulary, sorting activities, and gamified learning. |
| 3:20 – 3:30 PM | Revision | Review of the day's tasks and student notes. |
How to fill the Model Diary
Teachers use the model diary to document:
* Learning Outcomes: Which specific letters, numbers, or words were taught.
* Activities Conducted: Which games or charts (TLM - Teaching Learning Materials) were used.
* Student Grouping: Notes on which students moved from "Stream" to "Mountain" or "Sky."
* Reflections: What worked well and which students need extra support tomorrow.
