Reservation is applicable as per Government of India rules including SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PwBD categories.
Educational Qualification:
For Telecom Stream:
BE / B.Tech in:
- Electronics & Communication
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
- Minimum 60% marks (regular full-time course)
For Finance Stream:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
OR
- Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
- Candidates must have completed their qualification before the closing date of application.

Salary Details
- Pay Scale: E-3 IDA
- Basic Pay Range: ₹24,900 – ₹50,500 (Pre-revised)
- After probation, candidates will be designated as Assistant Manager.
- Selected candidates must execute a 5-year service bond with BSNL.

Selection will be based on:
1. Computer Based Test (CBT)

3. Medical Examination
Exam Pattern
The exam will be conducted in online mode with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Total Duration: 180 Minutes
- Total Questions: 200
- Total Marks: 200
Part I – Common Aptitude (40 Questions – 40 Marks)
- Quantitative Ability
- Reasoning
- English Comprehension
Part II – Technical (160 Questions – 160 Marks)
- Telecom / Finance subjects (based on stream)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General / EWS / OBC: 50%
- SC / ST / PwBD: 45%
Final merit list will be prepared based on CBT marks.
Application Fee:
- General / OBC / EWS: ₹1000
- SC / ST / PwBD: ₹500
Fee is payable online only.

The CBT exam will be conducted across major cities in India including:
Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Patna, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi and others.
